Jennifer Balonek

Jennifer L. Balonek, MPA, is our manager, operations and customer experience. She brings her wide-ranging background in information technology, business process improvement, project management and market research to provide a great experience for our clients and visitors, and she leads our operations team.

Jennifer brings an appreciation for learning a very wide range of subjects to her work. Her backgrounds–in "voice of the customer" executive preference research and collaborative problem solving– are beginning to show in our efforts at business-wide continuous improvement. She works with our client coordinators and consultants as they apply learning from ongoing client feedback.

Jennifer received her advanced education at SUNY Brockport, holding both a master’s degree in public administration and an undergraduate degree in criminal justice. She has also received advanced training in information technologies, project management and business/municipal law. She is active in her town and regional government, and is a past vice president of the Rochester Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis. Her free time is spent reading, swimming, cooking, traveling and studying history.
