An invitation to a special guided group for key leaders
Leadership RisingSM senior executive group
Now there’s a selective, guided program where organization senior executives can learn and share a disciplined leadership model in a small-group setting. You’ll be in the company of people who are also responsible for the future of their organizations. In this confidential and non-competitive environment for addressing your business issues, you will also learn a set of high-performance skills that we call the Leadership Rising practice.
In the course of fifteen months, you and your new colleagues will gather in eight convenient four-hour group sessions with Jim Ramerman and Sherri McArdle. You will also meet with Jim or Sherri in eight, 90-minute, one-on-one coaching sessions.
Each of you will focus on your own leadership and organizational dilemmas. Through personal coaching, High-GainSM conversations, meaningful self-assessment and implementation of a business initiative, each will gain new skills and a return on investment for your organizations. You will all build your personal leadership practice and bring it back to transform your organization. And you’ll make a personal connection with a new network of peers.
