Sherri learned this first-hand when she left the top position in her family's business to become a leadership coach and later when she co-founded McArdle Ramerman. In the past 15 years, Sherri has run enterprises and actively coached owners and executives in businesses large and small. Sherri has a business degree and post graduate education in organizational and family systems theory, as well as in counseling. From family-owned businesses to global corporations to not-for-profits, Sherri works with leaders to help them achieve the clarity that enables meaningful and lasting change.

Jim's strong belief in the power of people to change has been informed by more than 20 years' experience in organizational development and leadership coaching. A specialist in conflict and crisis management, group process, and leadership development, he has coached scores of senior executives and led hundreds of groups for a wide range of organizations. Trained as a mediator, Jim has combined his own hands-on experience with doctoral studies at Syracuse University to ensure that his coaching translates into strategies that deliver top results.
