The University of Rochester

The Warner Center for Professional Development and Education Reform is housed within the University of Rochester's Warner School of Education, It draws on the resources, knowledge, and connections of the entire University of Rochester community and the community at large.

Our work over the years with the URWC has turned into the Leadership Learning Collaborative. This joint effort is dedicated to expanding the capacity of leaders at all levels to drive transformational change.  Together, we're working to unleash their potential by applying the expertise and perspectives of academia, business and the community.

Brandeis University

McArdle Ramerman's newest partner is the Relational Coordination Research Collaborative based at Brandeis University's Heller School for Social Policy and Management. Led by Professor Jody Hoffer Gittell, RCRC's research focuses on developing and testing interventional models of organizational change that lead to improved outcomes for organizations and their stakeholders.

RCRC’s mission is to transform relationships for high performance by building shared goals, shared knowledge and mutual respect across boundaries. We connect with practitioners and academics in an innovative, collaborative setting to develop and test new models of change. Together we help organizations improve the relational dynamics underlying their work processes and redesign their structures to support and sustain new dynamics.
