Colleen Gilligan, our welcome manager and client coordinator, is shown on the left. She's the person usually answering our phones and greeting you at our front door.
Before coming to McArdle Ramerman, Colleen was a client service adviser for an HR services support company, and brings wide experience in the hospitality industry. She has a compelling work ethic, and works hard every day to provide a friendly welcome and a "can do" attitude in the service of our visitors, clients and the consultant team.
Colleen received her bachelor's degree in education from the State University of New York College at Brockport. She believes deeply in our mission here, and takes pride in being a critical contributor to the best client outcomes.
Danielle Andrews
Danielle Andrews, center in the photo, is our marketing communications specialist and a client coordinator at McArdle Ramerman. She brings more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industries to the welcome and support she offers our clients, visitors and consultants.
Danielle is an enthusiastic team player with great affection for people, and it's hard to miss her warmth and charm when you call or stop by. Danielle came to McArdle Ramerman in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Peg Mercier is McArdle Ramerman’s manager of special projects. She supports our consultant and administrative teams, is a key player in our sales and marketing efforts and keeps some of our most complex projects on track and on time.
Peg brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing to the job. She has worked in marketing communications, operations and project management in the field and at home offices. Her clients and work environments have ranged from small firms to Fortune 100 multinationals.
Known for an amazing sense of detail, Peg brings an encouraging presence, enthusiasm and organizational skills to very challenging work. Add her client-centered focus, and it’s easy to see why we consider her a powerful colleague in every aspect of our work.
Peg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Iowa State University. She has also participated in a variety of post-graduate management and leadership programs from the University of Minnesota, University of Southern California and St. Thomas University. Thanks to the internet, Peg supports our efforts from Knoxville, Tennessee, where she lives with her husband, Tom.
