McArdle Ramerman is a 14-person consultancy based in Rochester New York. It works with for-profit, not-for-profit and healthcare organizations to create better outcomes by raising their capabilities in strategy, leadership and organizational excellence.
What do you mean by strategy, leadership and organizational excellence?
Strategy: Planning strategy is nothing less than building the future. That means tough-minded preparation to deliver breakthrough results. The strategic disciplines at MR&Co are based on the Balanced Scorecard, created at Harvard University, which provides leadership teams with the skills to move step-by-step and create measurable and executable strategic plans.
Leadership: For us, leadership development is about becoming the change you seek. From building new skills, to helping you change your thinking, we understand how adults learn.
